Today I am going to review another Mistral of Milan product which is their True Define Eyeliner. It is a product from the Vestige group. They have several health care products as well. Now this product is named as an eyeliner but it is a kajal that comes in a retractable packaging. The maker claim that the kajal glides on effortlessly, smudge proof and it gives a bold black matte finish in one swipe only. So let’s get into the review now.

Packaging
The True Define Kajal comes in a retractable pencil form which is nothing new to us. You have to twist the neck to get the kajal out which makes the application very easy. The mechanism work very smoothly.Also this ensures no wastage of product. All the descriptions are printed on the body of the eyeliner pencil.
My Experience
Applying kajal is a must for most of the Indian girls and we all love dark kohl rimmed eyes. I love to tight line my eyes so using a long lasting waterproof kajal is a must for me. For the Mistral Of Milan True Define Eyeliner I don’t have much to say. The texture of the kajal is very creamy and the application is very smooth but it fails to meet the basic criteria of a kajal that is the pigmentation. This kajal is not really dark, you have to build the color with several swipes. Also it is not smudge proof at all. Within a minute or two after application the kajal accumulates below my water line, smears allover the eyelid if touched. Also it wears off really quickly with one swipe only. Nothing remains there in the waterline after few minutes. Even though I have dry eyelids this kajal just does not stay put for long. It starts to fade after about an hour even if it is not touched. I did not go out wearing this kajal just to check how it works on me and now I don’t think I will ever go out wearing this one. I wanted to wear this kajal one whole day just to check the results but at the end of the day there was nothing on my eyes and I had to clean the under eye area several time throughout the day. It kept on spreading and made me look like I have horrible dark circles. As per the pricing I feel it is over priced for the quality provided. There are other options available at lower price in the market with very good quality.
