Today I have something new to share with you all, something that I have never used before. I am not a face mask kinda girl, I'm happy with a daily CTM routine unless a mask is needed for some skin issues. Sheet masks on the other hand are soaked in serums, so they are very very nourishing to the skin and most importantly they are absolutely hassle free to use. So without any further ado let's get into the review.

Price and Availability


Jumiso Fist skin-Brightening Sheet Masks are priced at 150 INR. They have other variants as well. All the sheet masks retail for Rs.150 only. Currently all Jumiso products are available online on the Beauty Barn India's website.

Packaging


All Jumiso sheet masks come in a thick plastic pack with some fun photos of the mascot, a girl with her cute little dog. All the details like ingredients and instructions are written on the back side of the pack both in English and Korean. The mask sheet is safely folded and placed inside this with lots of serum. All you have to do is tear it apart from the top section where you see the mark to tear.

How To Use


Tear off the pack from the top, gently take the mask sheet out of the pack and unfold it. Place it on your face and let sit for 15 minutes. Take it off and massage the serum into your skin. You can even take out the extra serum from the pack and massage it on your hands, arms and neck.

My Experience


As Korean skin care is much in trend in India right now I was so happy to try one from Jumiso. Since I have combination to oily skin I don't feel the need for intense moisturisation but hydration. Also I have some fresh acne marks on both of my cheeks. So this skin brightening variant is perfect for me but I actually wanted to see how brightening it is, so I applied one sheet mask on cleansed face after a long tiring day. When I unfolded the sheet I realized how thick the sheet is. It is made of 100% cotton and of finest quality, good for the environment. The cut of the sheet is also very interesting and very easy to pull and adjust according to any facial shape. Now moving on to the serum which is the most important stuff, this baby has a beautifully thick serum which intensely hydrating. There was a lot of serum left in the pack after I put on the mask so I applied that left over on my neck and hands. Once the application time was over I discarded the mask sheet and massaged the excess serum into my skin. It took some time than usual because it was thick and felt a little too heavy which I guess because of the humid Indian monsoon weather. Also it took some time to get absorbed into my skin but I could see how visibly brighter my skin was looking. After about 20 minutes the leftover serum got absorbed leaving a bit of stickiness with a beautiful glow on my face. My dry cheeks were glowing for the first time and my nose wasn't oily, whoa!! I was so tempted to touch my soft, bouncy, bright skin. Due to the humid Indian weather I did not feel the need to apply anything on my skin for the night, just had my dinner and went straight to the bed. The next morning I woke up with amazingly glowing skin. The brightening effect lasted for the next whole day. For a sheet mask this was beyond my expectations. The only problem I feel is that I cannot use this one through out the year because it is too thick for my skin type and the weather of my country but I'm definitely gonna get more of these during the winter season. Dry skin beauties take a note, this is your new buddy 😉.

Absolutely yes, might feel a little heavy on oily skin type but a big big yes for dry and matured skin.

Definitely yes, this winter I would love to try the other variants along with this one.
