Today I'll be reviewing one of my favorite moisturisers that is Aroma Magic Clary Sage Moisturising Lotion. I have combination skin with oily T-zone, the rest of my face is dry. Now treating this kind of skin is a pain 'cause any heavy cream will soothe my dry cheeks but it will make my forehead and nose too oily in no time 😞. So I found this moisturising lotion one lucky day and I haven't stopped using it😃. Now let's get into the review.

I bought the 100 ml bottle for Rs.180 from a local store. This little bottle has a small transparent cap which covers the pump nozzle. Yes, it comes in a pump bottle at this price which is great. The label in the back reads " I am 100% free of petrochemicals, phthalates, toxic ingredients, parabens, artificial fragrance and colour. Enriched with SPF 15, I procetect, moisturise and nourish your skin. Being rich in natural vitamins, minerals and fatty acids, the combination of kokum butter, aloe vera juice and olive oil help to nurture and deeply hydrate the skin. The exotic blend of neroli, clary sage and rosewood essential oils together with extracts of clary sage, help to preserve the moisture in the skin. Their alliance keeps the skin calm and rejuvenated with each passing day. Extracts of fennel and lemongrass revive dull and tired skin to leave you refreshed and your skin reinvigorated."

The aroma magic clary sage moisturising lotion contains natural ingredients and no harmful chemicals. It is to be used on face with gentle massage after cleansing, toning and oiling daily or whenever needed. Contains some great stuffs like glycerine, hyaluronic acid, aloe vera, clary sage and other essential oils.
My Experience
I have combination skin with oily T-zone and super dry cheeks. Most of the drugstore moisturisers available in the market are for oily, normal and dry skin. So the problem I used to face as a kid was either my nose would turn super oily or my cheeks and the area around my mouth would remain dry. Some even broke me out. Also I hate the idea of applying two different moisturisers because nothing really worked for me. So I started looking for a good moisturiser for combination skin few years back. That's when I came across the clary sage moisturising lotion from the house of aroma magic which I bought immediately. I love the small pump packaging. It is sturdy, easy to use and travel with, pumps out just enough product in a single pump. It has an amazing floral fragrance which fades within a few minutes after application. The formula is lightweight, non greasy, not too liquidy not too thick and moisturising enough for my skin.
My cheeks and the area around my mouth never turned dry ever since I started using this. Also I have never experienced oiliness in the T-zone due to this moisturiser. So this is the perfect moisturiser for me.
I apply this under foundation as well which keeps my skin well hydrated and my makeup in place. With the SPF 15 it protects my skin from harmful UV rays, but this is definitely not enough for the summer sun. I do apply some sunscreen with higher SPF before stepping out. Basically this lotion will work amazingly well when indoors. This clary sage lotion keeps me well moisturised for 5-6 hours which is enough but in the winter or in an air conditioned room I feel the need of reapplication within 3 hours. So it provides really good hydration. My skin has become healthier, dry patches are gone. With regular use it gives a healthy glow to my face which I love the most. Also It contains hyaluronic acid which keeps acne at bay. Moreover I love everything about this moisturising lotion and it has made a permanent place in my vanity.
